OWINGS MILLS — The Ravens are getting healthier heading into Sunday’s game against the Dallas Cowboys.
Only one player, offensive lineman Malaesala Aumavae-Laulu, was absent from practice on Thursday. Aumavae-Laulu also missed the previous practice for personal reasons and was inactive for the first two games.
All four injured players who missed Wednesday’s practice were back — safety Kyle Hamilton (back), left tackle Ronnie Stanley (ankle), cornerback Nate Wiggins (neck/concussion), and outside linebacker Kyle Van Noy (eye/groin).
Wiggins, who was involved in a car accident last week, was wearing a red non-contact jersey. His status for the Cowboys game remains uncertain, but the secondary could use the depth.
The Ravens are ranked last in the NFL against the pass, allowing 257 yards per game. Thet face a tough matchup against Dallas wide receiver CeeDee Lamb.
“We’ve had a couple of times we didn’t play the defense right, as you know, we’ve had two of those,” coach John Harbaugh said about the secondary. “One was a 10-yard gain, and the other one was a touchdown two weeks ago. The other stuff is finishing plays, being in good position relative to the receiver, getting guys on the ground – things like that. We’ll keep working on that stuff. Those are all correctable things.”
